Mindful Eating

Begin with a prayer of Gratitude and love towards your food to enhance the quality of your food.

2.

If possible eat in calm and serene surroundings.

3.

Do not watch television, read any book, use your mobile or talk too much while eating, the whole concentration should be on food.

4.

Take time to chew your food well, to reduce the work of stomach and other digestive organs.

5.

Be aware when your body talks to you. Your stomach will send red light signals one after another when it is full. Atleast stop after the second signal.
