Constipation is the root cause of many diseases.

Removal of the waste products, protect from the harmful effects of these toxins. These toxins if remain in body can cause
Headache
Heart burn
Reduced appetite
Uneasiness
Piles

So what should be done to prevent constipation.

1.

Drink 2-4 glasses of warm water if there are no heart or kidney diseases, first thing in the morning.

2.

Eat veggie salads half an hour before every meal.

3.

Avoid processed, tinned, non-vegetarian, preservative filled foods, coffee, carbonated drinks which dehydrate the body.

4.

Avoid potatoes, brinjals/ eggplant on regular basis.

5.

Try not to avoid the urge for motions.

6.

Avoid the laxative abuse which can lead to interference with the natural urge in long term.
